Inside Sales Representative

ALLTITE is an industrial tooling company providing torque and tension equipment, repairs, rentals, and calibrations. We provide cloud-based documentation for all tools for the easiest tool auditing in the industry. We service a plethora of industries including oil and gas, renewable, and manufacturing. We are a company looking for dedicated individuals who can handle rapid growth and change with flexibility and grace.

The success of the Inside Sales Rep depends on generating new business, retaining the current customer base and creating deeper business relationships with customers. Our ideal candidate is someone who can own the role with passion, innovation, and adaptability. We are seeking an organized, self-starter who enjoys building relationships and finding areas of growth based upon customer goals.

This is a full-time sales role, and the hours are Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility based upon customer location.

The base compensation for this position ranges between $24 -$26/hr. and is based on your experience. Commission for this role is uncapped and our top performers are expected to make between $80-90k/year. Commission structure is 3% gross margin of sales within your territory and an accelerator is provided upon meeting yearly sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow book of business customers by cold calling, problem solving, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Prioritize customer communication before, during, and after services helping them to understand the suite of ALLTITE products and services.
  • Develop and optimize customer relationships to maintain and build ALLTITE brand and drive sales.
  • Implement territory-specific needs in high-level contract sales.
  • Own customer input and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
  • Regularly meet sales quota and forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline.
  • Work with team members to collaborate, create value for customers, and drive sales.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must be comfortable with cold calling customers. 3-5 years in a B2B sales role highly preferred.
  • Computer proficiency required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Office products, or other ERP and CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and customer service skills required.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be comfortable using a computer and sitting at a desk for four hours at a time.
  • A moderate amount of mechanical knowledge preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (Base + Commission)
